How do I get to Kahala Mall from the H-1?
- From town or the west: head east on the H-1 and take the Waialae Avenue exit (26B). Go through the traffic light and Kahala Mall is on the right (directions).
- From Hawaiʻi Kai or ʻĀina Haina: head west on Kalanianaʻole Highway and take the Kilauea exit (27) before it becomes the freeway. Turn left at the light onto Kilauea Avenue; the mall is on the right.
- Park free: the mall has multi-level parking structures with over 2,100 free spaces and bus stops around the center (Kahala Mall).

Call the office first. We'll tell you whether your child should be seen and how soon.

For a permanent tooth, rinse it gently and keep it in milk or saline, not water, and get care right away. The AAP says it has the best chance of being saved if it's back in the socket within 15 minutes. Don't put a baby tooth back in (AAP).
